This is an update review . As Imran didn't remember the job. I didemail Imran after he's reply to my 1st review below. But he's never replied or tried to contacted me .My review is 100% honest.I had 6 rooms steam cleaned + a large Rug . Before making the booking ,I asked if they vacumed the carpets before cleaning them . Imran replied YES via txt . This was Not done . I requseted the Rug to be deep cleaned & paid extre for the Rug . I made it very clear the Rug needed to have extra attention. This was not. My Rug feels worse than before , I will need to have it re cleaned. So I'm very disappointedThey where on time , very pleasant & poilet .Response :To Cleantetic replyHi Imran you came on Friday 29th April at 4.30 .I still have the txt msg's from you . Had a booking at 1:30pm and the cleaners asked if they could come early. They came at the new designated time. Very polite introduction and they inspected the carpets in 4 rooms. They said it would take 45 - 60 mins to do the job. I couldn't walk into my property because it takes 4 to 5 hours for the steam cleaning to dry... when I got home at 7pm, the carpets looked perfect and almost brand new.. all the stains had gone.. very good service and very good price.. 10 out of 10 eating from me !!
