I would recommend if you require services of this nature, don't rush who you choose. Events that require these kinds of services are stressful and traumatic enough, without having to get them to return because the job was not completed as per the quote.Staff were professional and polite.

Ashley and Mark helped us clean up a deceased estate in Kalgoorlie that was in very bad condition. We could not fault their service. They were empathic, discreet, respectful, prompt and very efficient in their work. We were all in a very vulnerable state and they were so respectful and non-judgemental of our loved one, her property and our feelings. We are very grateful for their work and highly recommend them.

Thankfully I found their details online, the service was caring, prompt & efficient. It was a relief to have the support they could offer and I can highly recommend.

Dan was great help in cleaning up what otherwise seemed like an insurmountable amount of mess.

Dan and his team in Perth were absolutely amazing and compassionate. It was on a Saturday a week before Christmas and at 4pm Dan came out and gave us a quote and have a team out by Sunday morning to do the clean up. They went above and beyond to ensure that the room was cleaned and came out multiple times afterwards to ensure that both the work was done as specified, but to ensure the smell had been removed properly. It was hard enough to deal with finding a deceased person in the room but they made the clean up easy, quick and they were very respectful. As much as i hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody, at least the Perth region side.

Ashley and Mike assisted me in a very dire time of need. Their empathy and compassion truly meant the world to me. They were discreet, professional and went above and beyond. If anyone finds themselves in the awful position of having to deal with a forensic and hoarder clean I would highly recommend the guys from Trauma Clean.

Whilst Trauma Clean were polite and fast acting I wouldn’t use this service in future. My family have been left feeling VERY disappointed. I engaged this company to clean a room were a family member had passed away, I was advised that all personal items would be placed in another room, she also advised that the walk in robe looked ok but they would go through ‘with a fine tooth comb’On returning to the property I found they incinerated all clothing and personal belongings from his walk in robe however left the carpet? I can’t quite understand how everything in the walk in robe was removed when it’s obvious it wasn’t contaminated. Very insensitive to a family that now has no personal belongings or keepsakes. When addressed with the company their response was “they were unaware that clothing was sentimental and in most cases it’s the requests of families to remove everything”. I don’t feel this was handled professionally and they should never assume what to do, rather give me a call to discuss.

Dan went above and beyond to help us get rid of some graffiti on our roller door. He was willing to come in after hours too when our business was closed. Friendly, punctual and the cleaning was outstanding. I definitely will recommend this business to all my family and friends. Thank you once again Dan!

Recently had my car done by the trauma clean crew and it still smells like a brand new car almost 2 weeks later. The team we’re all very helpful and friendly. Will definitely use them again.
